Malaika is a, Double MA, Med and a Gold Medalist from Mumbai University, is a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching children and adults of all age groups. Having taught and trained hundred of children and teachers across India, she strongly believes in providing affordable and quality education and in grooming the citizens of tomorrow in all forms of education.

Malaika has undertaken many professional development courses in Jolly Grammar herself, and has held several senior positions in schools and colleges. She is Managing Director of Sparkle Academy Preschool and Activity Centre and is a Founding Director of Divine Santo Nino International School, an NGO for the upliftment of education to the poor and economically backward class children.
